What is the experimental effect of high frequency high voltage pulsed electrostatic precipitator(ESP) power supply?

Today I would share with you the operation of our high frequency high voltage pulsed electrostatic precipitator(ESP) power supply. This high frequency pulse electrostatic dust removal power supply consists of a controller and a high voltage box. High voltage box can be customized to achieve 20kV~100kV voltage output, current can achieve 300mA~3000mA output, frequency up to 80kHZ. We can see in the experiment that the current display output voltage is 40kV, the output current is 70mA, the input current is 4A, and the power is about 1.5kW. Compared with the power frequency power supply, it saves much energy, about 80%.

So how about the safety performance of our high frequency high voltage pulsed electrostatic precipitator(ESP) power supply? When electrostatic precipitator fires, the current is too large, which will affect the dust removal effect and even lead to fire. The ignition protection of our electrostatic power supply is very good. In the short circuit test, we use a metal rod to directly connect the discharge electrode and the dust collector, at this time the circuit appears short circuit phenomenon, indicating that our high frequency pulse electrostatic dust removal power supply protection performance is also very good. Overall, the safety of our high frequency high voltage pulsed electrostatic precipitator(ESP) power supply is very high.
